In 2022, I came to a life-changing realization: I wasn’t living my values.

This awareness not only transformed my life but also became the catalyst for my journey as a coach. As a leader, I realized I held a profound responsibility and accountability for fostering others’ self-concept. Once I started helping others align their personal and professional identity with their values, strengths, and goals, I knew I’d found my purpose.

Guiding people to approach challenges fearlessly, embrace their strengths, and evolve continuously is what I love to do. Witnessing those “aha” moments, when clarity leads to confidence, self-esteem grows, and meaningful results are achieved, is what drives my work every day.

I am a Certified Executive Business and Leadership Coach, trained through the comprehensive Full CEC Program at the Center for Executive Coaching. Before becoming a coach, I spent 20 years as a scientist and leader, building a career across corporate, academic, and regulated industries. My work has taken me from Hawaii to Maryland and now to Durham, North Carolina, where I partner with clients across the US and globally.

As an executive, I’ve helped scale brands, launch innovative products, secure critical funding and boost valuations in some of the most dynamic markets. With a PhD in Cancer Biology, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and tactical execution, enabling me to communicate and align effectively across all levels of an organization, from hands-on teams to the boardroom.

But my journey didn’t follow a straight line. Through four career transitions and rapid advancement to Chief Scientific Officer, I learned that the biggest roadblocks are often the ones we put in front of ourselves. Now, I help others overcome those obstacles, break through limitations, and create the life and career they truly want.
